Cindy graduated from the Kiné-Concept Institute and from the Edith Serei Institute in Swedish massage. Passionate about massage therapy, she is currently broadening her knowledge by studying therapeutic sports massage. She also completed her studies in hot-stone and chair massage.
Cindy effectively identifies and focuses on her clients’ individual needs.

|  Hélène Barrois Ostéopathe
Helene is a graduate of the Collège Ostéopathique de Provence (COP) in Marseille where her D.O was successfully obtained. She trained on a full time basis for 5 years and completed her training by taking part in various sports events such as marathons, world championship sailing, and mountain bike races as well as in various hospitals and maternity wards.
Helene treats children, adults, seniors and pregnant women using techniques adapted to each individual.
Her practice is based on technical muscle, facial and structural, cranial and visceral, in order to re-mobilize the joints, tissues and realign the body as a whole.
Helene has been practicing her profession for the past four years and has been part of our team of therapist since 2010.

Margarita holds a master's degree in Physical Therapy from McGill University. She is specialized in treatment and prevention of orthopedic injuries, as well as sport-specific training. Through her personalized approach and knowledge of the biomechanics of the human body, Margarita helps patients improve their quality of life and enables them to resume their daily activities. Margarita also worked as a personal trainer and has profound knowledge in fitness. Her background in personal training compliments well to her degree in physical therapy integrating rehabilitation and exercise. She helps clients improve strength, relieve pain and restore physical function. She is dedicated to address the specific needs of her patients to aid them in a complete recovery from their injury.

|  Timperio, Robert Massage therapist
A 1997 graduate of the Kiné-Concept Institute, Robert masters several techniques: kinetic Swedish massage, trigger points, mobilisations, athletic massage, pre-natal massage, chair massage, hot stones, in addition to specializing in aromatherapy. His speciality is therapeutic massage – deep-tissue massage, hot stones and aromatherapy – and is an active member of ANN and ACAM. Robert applies his art to relieve stress, anxiety, pain and tension. Experienced in and passionate about his profession, he will make it his business to locate the root of your pain and discomfort. His massage technique loosens tension, improves blood circulation and eliminates toxins. With his touch, Robert helps people better manage stress and achieve what everyone strives for: energy balance.

Faisal has completed his studies in Athletic Therapy at Concordia University and in Osteopathy at the College des Etudes Osteopathique de Montreal. He has worked in the health and fitness industry since 1995 as a Personal trainer, Athletic Therapist, Fitness Evaluator, Osteopath, Health Club Manager and Clinic Manager.
Faisal has lectured all over the province in the Fitness, Health and Sports Medicine fields. His unique approach and understanding of health addresses all factors of life involved in the healing and improvement of his patients and clients. Whether it is through exercise, nutrition, work ergonomics, or any other lifestyle habit, Faisal includes the patient’s participation in their recovery and improvement.
